This User Agreement clarifies the service rules, usage specifications, user rights and responsibilities for Fumlos. By downloading, installing and continuously using the Fumlos application, you fully confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted all terms of this agreement.
Fumlos is a professional iOS-based photo-to-video creative application dedicated to helping users convert personal portrait photos into high-quality stylized short videos. Users can capture real-time portraits via the device camera or upload existing photos from the local photo library, and select diverse template styles including Dance, Cyberpunk, Fantasy, Sci-Fi and other themed styles to complete personalized video creation. All generated short videos support real-time preview, local gallery saving, system sharing, and local storage in the in-app Records module for permanent viewing and management. The app provides simple and efficient creative operations, requiring no professional video editing skills for high-quality content production.
Fumlos is a premium creative application that adopts a coin-based generation consumption mechanism. All video generation tasks consume a certain amount of in-app coins, and membership subscription services cannot exempt or offset standard coin consumption. All users, including subscribed members, need to deduct coins normally for every video creation. Users can obtain in-app coins through official one-time Apple In-App Purchase coin packs or activate auto-renewable subscription plans to receive exclusive subscription bonus coins. All paid services and subscription functions are officially processed by Apple In-App Purchase, with specific pricing clearly displayed in the app.
Users must use Fumlos for legal, healthy and standardized personal non-commercial creation only. Users are only allowed to upload legally authorized and compliant personal portrait materials. It is strictly prohibited to upload, generate, save or disseminate pornographic, vulgar, violent, bloody, discriminatory, illegal and other inappropriate harmful content that violates public order and good customs. Any improper use of app functions to create illegal or bad content is forbidden. Users shall bear full independent responsibility for all uploaded materials and AI-generated video works.
Fumlos requires no account registration, login authentication and personal information binding of any form, supporting completely anonymous private usage without actively collecting any user personal data. All image parsing, template matching, dynamic rendering, video synthesis and visual optimization processes are independently and fully completed by Fumlos' self-developed AI system. The application does not invoke, access or rely on any third-party AI algorithms, external cloud servers and third-party technical services in any creative links. Fumlos will never upload, transmit, synchronize or share users' original photos, creative parameters, template selection records, temporary cache files and finished video works with any external platforms and third-party institutions. We strictly implement a zero-collection policy for all user facial information and biometric data. Our AI only completes overall video style conversion and atmospheric effect optimization, and never performs facial detection, facial recognition, feature analysis and biometric scanning. We do not collect, store or analyze user facial features, build facial databases, or use portrait data for advertising, user tracking and AI model training. Under no circumstances will Fumlos sell, rent or disclose users' private portrait information and creative data to any third parties.
All creative functions, paid coin purchase services and auto-renewable subscription features of Fumlos are exclusively available to users aged eighteen (18) and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their local region are qualified to download, install and use this application and all internal services. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using Fumlos and all its functional services in any form.
We grant users a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial and revocable personal license to use Fumlos on personal iOS devices for daily personal creative activities. All intellectual property rights of the application, including self-developed AI technology, built-in template resources and functional design, belong exclusively to Fumlos. Users are forbidden to disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, disseminate or commercially utilize the application and internal resources. All creative processes rely entirely on our independent self-developed AI service, and no user facial privacy data or creative data will be collected or transmitted to any third-party services during usage.
All original images uploaded by users and all AI-generated stylized short videos are fully owned by the users. Fumlos does not obtain any ownership, usage or commercial authorization of user creative content. We will never use users' creative works for AI model training, product iteration, commercial promotion and data monetization, and all user creation data will not be transmitted to any third-party platforms and institutions.
All AI video generation functions and paid services of Fumlos are limited to personal non-commercial use. Users can freely switch various built-in creative templates and independently complete personalized video creation. All finished creations are stored locally on the user's device, and users have full independent control over local preview, gallery saving, system sharing and content deletion. The app supports cleaning temporary cache files without deleting users' saved creative records, ensuring reasonable local storage management.
We reserve the right to optimize application functions, fix system bugs, update template resources and revise this User Agreement according to product iteration needs. Updated agreement terms will be published on the in-app settings document page and take effect immediately after release. Continued use of the application after updates means full acceptance of the revised terms. All policy updates will not change our core service and privacy commitments including anonymous usage, independent self-developed AI operation and permanent zero facial data collection.
User's use of Fumlos services is simultaneously governed by the official Fumlos Privacy Policy. All user creative data and portrait materials are processed and stored locally on the user's device without cloud synchronization or remote backup. We never actively collect user private information and facial data, and will never share user privacy content with any external third-party organizations and individuals.
